-Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."
-Open a photo Across the left side panel of the program and click:-
-Click On Object & Click Photo & Select The Gradient Texture(material Given)
-Go to the Object tab > Mountain with sun > Photo and open the Asley big image given
and adjust on the gradient texture
-Go to the Object tab > Mountain with sun > Photo and open the Asley icons
and also adjust them on gradient texture and adjust each icons opacity
less then 160 and also copy-paste them so its get adjusted on whole image
shown below:-
Go to the Object tab > Mountain with sun > Photo and open the band png given
ie circle type stripe and also adjust them on images
And click Photo + object > conbines your photo more object.
Filter > Film Effect > velvia
Bright,Color > Contrast Enhancement > Middle
Bright,Color > Deepen > High
